A collaboration that has lasted for years, based on a shared passion for indulgence and shared values: generosity, authenticity, and a healthy dose of creativity.

BOLD CREATIONS

With Jean, this isn’t our first attempt. In 2016, a completely crazy idea became reality: the first chocolate Burger. And that was only the beginning! Since then, we’ve churned out creations like the Donut Burger, the HUGGYS MAC (with its three‑tier bun) or the bacon bun of the “Montagnard”. The latter was so successful that we almost made the bakery crack with a last‑minute production, to the point of forcing Jean and his team to do overtime to keep us from selling out.

Creating the perfect bun isn’t a piece of cake! With each new idea, together, we do everything to transform our inspirations into a masterpiece. Tests, adjustments, passionate discussions… Nothing is left to chance. It’s hard work, often in “let’s start again” mode but ultimately, that’s what makes the difference.

That’s how our greatest success, our famous Deluxe Bun, was born. It’s not just a bun, it’s THE bun, the one that was thought up, reworked, readjusted a thousand times to become our signature Burger bread. And yes, nothing is too good for a perfect Burger!
