Since 22 July, don’t say Huggy’s Bar anymore, but simply Huggys. The Liège‑based burger chain has decided to revamp its image, also thanks to a new logo.

The chain had teased a big change on its Instagram account; now we know what it is.

The date of 22 July 2024 marks a turning point in the entrepreneurial adventure of The Huggy’s Bar, which is now called Huggys. The burger restaurant chain is shortening its name but continuing its mission with passion: to offer the best cooked burgers while providing a true restaurant experience in an environment far removed from the average fast food.

From Monday 22 July, a page turns for the Huggy’s Bars in the region. Here we find them on Place de la Digue in Charleroi, but also at the Bultia in Gerpinnes and at Parenthèse in Gosselies. Burger lovers generally appreciate this place for its wide variety of dishes, its unlimited fries and its very friendly atmosphere, perfect for a date or a night out with friends.

This week, the tasty address we’re presenting is located in Nivelles, just a few metres from the shopping centre. On the menu: homemade burgers, originality and, above all, lots of fun.

The Liège‑based chain Huggy’s Bar is opening its 13th restaurant in Gosselies, at the Parenthèse shopping centre a few kilometres from City Nord towards Frasnes‑lez‑Gosselies, almost alongside the E42.

After Charleroi and Gerpinnes, it is now Gosselies that will soon host the third Huggy’s Bar in the Carolo region, and also the thirteenth in the chain of gourmet burger restaurants represented across Wallonia and in the Brussels region.

With around ten restaurants in Wallonia, Huggy’s Bar is a well‑known burger chain in our region. A chain that is growing and looking for new employees.

The Huggy’s Bar, originally from Liège and now spread everywhere, will open its 13th restaurant in Gosselies, at the Parenthèse shopping centre on the N5. The restaurant will be ideally located near the motorways serving the north of Charleroi as well as near the Aéropole business park and the Biopark.

The “Coûte que Coûte” team slipped into the kitchens of several burger establishments to investigate.
