My Deliveroo / Take Away / Uber Eats order is incomplete

We apologise for this inconvenience!

To obtain a refund, please contact the customer service of your chosen delivery service via their app and request a refund for the missing items.

I haven't received a confirmation email for my booking, what should I do?

Don't hesitate to contact the restaurant by email or telephone to check that everything is OK.

Can I cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, you can click on the link in your confirmation email to cancel it.

There is an error in my takeaway order.

Were you disappointed with your order because an item was missing or you didn't receive what you ordered?

This can happen, and we are sincerely sorry! We always do our best to provide quality service.

You can let us know by sending an email to your restaurant.

Don't forget to include the following information: date, order number and the app used (HUGGYS Pickup, Deliveroo Pickup or Takeaway Pickup).

Once again, our apologies!

Can I visit you during the afternoon?

With pleasure! Our kitchens are open non‑stop from 12 noon to 10 p.m.

I can't place an order.

If we receive too many orders at one time, it's just like in the restaurant: we can't take any more for fear of not being able to provide impeccable service to our customers.

You can try again later; the restaurant will take new orders once the rush is over.

How can I contact the head office?

To contact the HUGGYS HQ, simply fill out the contact form addressed to the “Press & Marketing” department.

Can I modify my reservation?

In your confirmation email, you can click on the link to change it. You can:

  • change the reservation time
  • change the number of people
  • cancel the reservation

What payment methods are accepted?

In the restaurant, we accept:

  • Cash,
  • Bancontact,
  • meal vouchers,
  • Visa,
  • Mastercard

However, delivery and takeaway services are run entirely by independent companies from HUGGYS, so they have their own policies. It's best to check with them directly.

How can I reserve a table?

Do you offer birthday packages?

If you'd like to celebrate your birthday with us, you'll have access to the entire menu. We don't limit the number of dishes, even for a large group.

For the guest of honour, we offer a choice of:

  • A cocktail (with or without alcohol)
  • A dessert

We'll also be delighted to offer the table our signature digestif: acorn liqueur!

Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately not! As much as we love animals, to avoid any accidents and ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly ask you to leave your four‑legged friends at home.

Are the restaurants accessible to everyone?

The majority of our restaurants all have PRM access (accessible to people with reduced mobility). Please don't hesitate to specify any special needs when you book or by email.

Are you open on Sundays and Mondays?

Yes! All HUGGYS are open 7 days a week, even on public holidays.

I booked on the terrace, but it's going to rain. What should I do?

With every terrace reservation, a table is automatically reserved inside. So you'll be able to choose your table when you arrive!

My restaurant doesn't deliver

Delivery of our burgers is available in the city centres of Liège, Brussels, Charleroi, Namur and Nivelles. We work with trusted external partners, Deliveroo and Takeaway.com.

The other restaurants offer a take‑away service.

When are you closed?

Our establishments are closed only 5 days a year:

  • 24 and 25 December,
  • 31 December and 1 January,
  • and on our staff day on the first Monday in September.

Special diets, what do you offer?

Vegetarian/Vegan:

You can personalise all our burgers by replacing the meat with a vegan patty.

We not only offer the best gluten‑free burger bun but also starters, homemade sauces and even a beer without gluten!

For any allergies, please don't hesitate to ask for the allergens sheet available from our staff!

What's the Challenger Burger?

The Challenge Burger is a huge burger weighing just over 2 kg to be finished in under an hour, along with its sides (fries & coleslaw). Unlimited soft drinks are included for the challenger.

If you finish the Challenge, it's on us and you receive a T‑shirt to commemorate your feat!

Are large groups allowed?

We allow online booking for groups of up to 22 people.

Beyond that number, we strongly advise you to contact the restaurant you wish to visit directly so that we can adapt to your needs as best we can.

PS: Our Brussels restaurant in rue Jourdan now welcomes large groups in its new upstairs room.

Are the restaurants suitable for children?

Children are welcome to share a family moment. We even offer a menu specially adapted to their little appetites!

I'm going to be late, what should I do?

As we operate a service system to allow as many guests as possible to enjoy our burgers, it's important to be punctual (especially for those in the first seating).

We want every customer to have time to enjoy their HUGGYS experience without impinging on others.

If you're running late, hurry – but always carefully!
