After several years of operating our restaurants with our own capital, we are now reopening the door to franchising.
We are looking for entrepreneurs who want to champion HUGGYS in their region and who deeply share : passion, positivity, kindness.

Why we are reopening franchising

Our is now structured to fully support a network: operations, HR, accounting, marketing, facility management, development.

All the tools, processes, and expertise of a brand that already operates like a franchise.

What's new: we are now opening this system to external partners.

You start with an established brand, a proven operating manual, and direct support from management at every stage of your project.

The profile we're looking for

We are not looking for an investor. We are looking for an operator — someone who will be physically present in the restaurant, manage it daily, and embody its spirit for their team and customers.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant and/or general management

Personal investment between €100,000 and €150,000 depending on project size

• Sincere adherence to our three values: passion, positivity, benevolence

• Desire to fully with the network, relying on the services of the parent company rather than trying to do everything alone

If the idea of "doing your own thing" appeals to you more than joining a proven framework, this is probably not for you — and that's OK.

• Entry fee: €30,000

• Operating royalties: 6%

• Marketing fund contribution: 1%

• Contract duration: 9 years

• Territorial exclusivity in the defined area

how to apply

Our process is intentionally progressive. We take the time to ensure a mutual fit, because this careful selection is key to a successful long-term partnership.

1. You fill out a short initial form (~10 minutes).

2. If your profile resonates with us, we will arrange a 30-minute .

3. If the exchange is successful, we will send you our detailed presentation file and a more comprehensive second form.

4. Presentation and discussion of the form with Thomas, our co-founder and director, over a friendly meal.

5. You spend an immersion day at one of our restaurants, followed by a meal with our operations manager for a debrief.

6. Final decision by the committee and in close collaboration with you.
