"Chimay Bleue" Burger
Hello Burger Fans.
It’s the first of the month and the first of the month means… a new temporary burger of course!

At the start of autumn we’re introducing the “Chimay Bleue” Burger. With its Chimay cheese, our homemade bacon and Chimay Bleue sauce and its homemade vitelotte crisps, it will help you face the first gusts of wind and the beginning of falling leaves.
The result is a burger with a pronounced flavour thanks to the abbey cheese and the sauce, showcasing products from l’Abbaye de Chimay. The vitelotte crisps add a little touch of originality, both visually and in terms of crunch.

The icing on the cake (or in this case “bacon on the cheddar”) is that Chimay Bleue will be on tap all month!
Indeed, we have the privilege of being chosen by the Abbaye de Chimay to receive, temporarily, a few kegs of Chimay Bleue, which usually exists only in bottles.

Does this new temporary burger tempt you?!
Come and taste it quickly in all our restaurants.

The Chimay Bleue is the strongest and most complex of the Trappist beers from the abbey of Notre Dame de Scourmont. It offers a bouquet of spices and a fruity nose that is very characteristic of Chimay. On the palate it provides a long bitterness and shows pronounced roasting. Originally made only for Christmas, it has been brewed regularly since 1958.

Did you know? It was during the summer of 1850 that a small group of monks came to settle on the wild plateau of Scourmont near Chimay. Around the monastery a farm, a brewery and a cheese dairy were created.
