NEW MENU – Part 1: the desserts

Hello Dessert Fans (Yes, that’s today’s topic!).

There’s a good chance you haven’t yet had the opportunity to taste one of our café gourmands, or even heard of our “Belgeries”… That’s normal: they’ve only just appeared on the menu!

If you’re die‑hard Huggy’s Bar fans you’ll notice that our dessert menu has grown significantly. For those who are less aware, or those who have shunned us lately, here’s your chance to make up for it 🙂

The new desserts, in a few words, are…

Refreshing: They’re good, creamy and full of flavour… The milkshakes have been completely redesigned and there are now eight of them. Vanilla, chocolate, banana, crème brûlée, salted caramel, Oreo, Ferrero and “Café Liégeois”… In line with our burgers, there’s something for every taste!

Authentic: As the name suggests, the “Café et ses Belgeries” offers three bites of artisanal, local products. A macaroon in the shape of a burger (chocolate/fruit mix), a mini « Bouchée de Liège » and a speculoos cream chou. An ideal gourmet coffee for a typically Liège end to your meal.

Fun: Our floats are back: a scoop of vanilla ice cream dropped into a glass of soda or beer. Try our « THBeer Float » for a surprising mix of sweet and bitter, or the « Root Beer Float » for the full American experience.

And of course we’ve kept your favourite classics: the speculoos parfait, the Liege waffle and the now legendary Oreo cheesecake.
