A Friday evening at THB4…

At Huggy’s Bar we rarely do things “like everyone else”. Proof: last Friday we had the bright idea of training our managers to use our new cash register system in a rather unexpected way. Forget the “classic” training – we decided to get them familiar with the tool directly in the field…
To do this, we put our managers under the spotlight for an evening to show us what they were made of… What better way to discover a new tool than in a workplace that shakes up their habits on a busy rush night?! It was therefore at THB4, when the dining room was fully booked, that the pressure mounted. Us, sadistic? Almost not.
Last Friday at 5 p.m. sharp, Séba (THB1), Val (THB2), Korhan (THB3) and Roberto (co‑founder) met at our Passage Lemonnier restaurant, bright‑eyed and bushy‑tailed. It was time to prove that as Huggy’s Bar managers, an extra challenge doesn’t scare them! They had to shine, they had to give it their all and it was so much fun to watch 😀 The result: lots of laughter, a great atmosphere and a restaurant packed to the rafters! And most importantly: our warriors NAILED IT, customer satisfaction hit new records! Rumour has it the tips were generous… 😉
When will the next challenge be? We’re already bursting with ideas to spice up the daily lives of our teams!
