Our new THBUN!

Hello Burger Fans! On 1 July a brand‑new bread appeared in the Huggy’s Bar kitchens: the “American Style THBun”. You can picture it, right? 😉

We had been thinking about this for months: we clearly needed a bun of this kind on the menu. Finding it was another matter. After months of searching and weeks of testing to unearth the bread we had imagined – irreproachable quality and a gourmet look – we had to face the truth: the perfect bun didn’t exist. So we created it from scratch 😀 (as the saying goes: if you want something done right, do it yourself!)

This American Style THBun ticks every box when it comes to the buns you find in gourmet burger restaurants in the United States: a shiny crust, sesame seeds and a really soft centre. Its popularity is bound to skyrocket!

It’s already replaced the bun in some of our burgers* and we’re excited to see whether you love it as much as we do! And if, by chance, you want to go back to basics, remember that all our breads (like all our ingredients) are interchangeable, whatever your burger.
