Deliveroo Burger Contest

Hello Burger Fans,

These last few weeks were anything but restful, oh no! We were deep in burger‑istic research for a brand‑new NA‑TIO‑NAL contest initiated by Deliveroo.

The concept

Deliveroo put 8 major Belgian cities in competition. Each city was represented by a Burger restaurant, which teamed up for the occasion with an influencer from its region.

Together, the restaurant and the influencer invented an exclusive, unique and totally crazy Burger (well, that’s how WE wanted it!). A Burger to win the hearts of the many Burger Fans eager for new culinary sensations! Throughout the past week the public chose, using the Facebook “heart” and “wow”, its favourite Burger among the 8 participants. Can you guess what happened next? The public crowned our Cheesy (C)Rock Burger the best Burger in Belgium! 😀

The collaboration

Maurane, editor‑in‑chief of the famous Chroniques d’une accro au resto of course accepted to come and play with us 😀 Our research & development team got to work and after a huge brainstorming session with Maurane, the idea was found. We needed a cheesy Burger, a gourmet Burger, an incredible Burger: a Burger made of cheese croquettes 😀 😀 😀

The Burger

First, get ready to see what you have probably NEVER seen before. We didn’t mess around: CHEESE CROQUETTES / PURE BEEF PATTY / PARMA HAM / SUN‑DRIED TOMATOES / RED ONIONS / ROCKET. Yes yes, you read that right.
