The tradition of the Burgers of the Month at Huggy’s Bar
You certainly know this by now: every month we invent a burger from scratch – the temporary burger, the burger of the month aka the “BOM”, which will remain on the menu for a VERY limited time of 30 tiny days. It’s a concept we’ve cherished since our beginnings.
Behind each BOM is a great deal of research: our chefs brainstorm and taste several prototypes, our marketing team works on the name and story, and our zythologist selects the perfect beer pairing. Once approved, the burger is produced and photographed and our teams are trained before it hits the restaurants.
Over the years some BOMs have become iconic: the Raclette Burger, Magic Tom, Lapraille Burger, Colonel Burger, Sushi Burger, etc. Will our next creation join the hall of fame? Stay tuned to find out!
