The P.A.B. Burger

Hello Burger Fans.

That's it, we've been waiting for it for 6 months and it's finally here: spring!

It’s time to change wardrobes, but also in the kitchen. Put raclettes, fondues and other winter comfort dishes away; we’re craving freshness.

For the occasion we’ve concocted a delicate Burger, out of the ordinary, that smells of seasonal produce: the P.A.B. Burger.

Can you guess what’s behind this little nickname? Let us help: P for Pancetta, A for Asparagus and B for Brie.

PAB burger Tank 7

These 3 ingredients are at the heart of this spring burger, accompanied by red onions and a homemade Hollandaise sauce.

Did you know?
The Hollandaise sauce is a warm sauce of lemon juice and butter in which an egg yolk acts as an emulsifier. It was invented during the reign of Louis XIV during the Dutch War, hence its name. It was revolutionary at the time due to its lightness, which contrasted with the generally very fatty sauces served.

Back to our temporary Burger: we recommend it accompanied by a Tank 7, specially on tap this April. This American and strongly hopped beer is perfect to enhance the taste of this new Burger.

Come quickly and taste it in our restaurants.

Bon appétit!
