The Biche Burger
Hello Burger Fans.
December has arrived, bringing mulled wine, Christmas markets, snowy walks and the stress of Christmas shopping (tick tock, tick tock, you still haven’t found Belle‑Maman’s gift??!!).

But for us, the arrival of December first of all means the arrival of the special festive temporary Burger!
We’ve gone all out again this year and have concocted the Biche Burger for you.

In this sublime Burger you’ll find a soft brioche bun, a venison fillet slow cooked at low temperature, a little homemade cranberry sauce and homemade potato waffle crisps. So, so, does that make you want some?

Did you know?
Originally in Europe, the word “gibier” was used in the Middle Ages to say “aller en gibier”, which meant going hunting. It was only in the 16th century that it came to designate the animals taken in the hunt themselves.
Because at The Huggy’s Bar one pleasure never comes alone, we’re offering you this Burger accompanied by a Grimbergen d’hiver, specially put on draught for the occasion!

Did you know?
What characterises Grimbergen Hiver is its round, sweet‑bitter taste and its slightly sparkling character. Notes of spices, caramel and zest give this abbey beer a unique warm and pleasant flavour. The ideal beer for the coldest days of the year.
It’s Christmas before time!
Enjoy your meal, everyone.
