Hello Burger Fans,

Yes, we know. It’s been a while. But we had a good excuse: we were working flat‑out on the opening of our new BABY! (Yep, these things take time! By the way, we told you we’re opening in Awans this Saturday? You can already reserve your table to come press your greasy fingers on our brand‑new benches…) Despite everything, we still managed to plan a few surprises in our new menu!

What do we mean by “new menu”?

Every quarter we review our menu and improve certain burgers, desserts and cocktails… Sometimes with tiny changes you barely notice, other times we completely reinvent the wheel! For example, if 95 % of customers ask us to remove the cheese croquette from their Magic Tom… well, we oblige! What, you wouldn’t like that?!

This time we’ve given our Truffle Cheeseburger a little shake‑up! We wanted it creamier, richer, more accomplished: out with the iceberg lettuce and tomato slice, in with rocket and a few rings of red onion. But the real revolution of the new recipe is its sauce: made with truffle oil and tartufata, it reinforces the smooth, melting side of the cheese croquette… Just writing about it makes our mouths water! We have a feeling it could easily become a THBest Seller…
