Our 2020 resolutions

Hello Burger Fans,

Every year it’s the same story: people keep wishing us a “Happy New Year” all through January. We’re over it too.

So instead of platitudes, here are our resolutions for 2020:

1. Welcome back the burger voted the best in Belgium in 2018: the Cheesy C(rock) Burger! This crazy burger with homemade cheese croquettes returns to the menu in March. This time there will be no shortage: we are READY.

2. Excel at our Core Team meeting, the annual March gathering where all managers, front‑of‑house and kitchen heads meet. It’s THE annual meeting full of brainstorming, advice, troubleshooting and new ideas. We finish with dinner because, let’s be honest, we love to eat. #WeAreFamily

3. Make some cosy improvements to our restaurants in Nandrin and Liège Lemonnier. We already carried out some changes in other locations in 2019; it’s time for THB3 and THB4 to get a little love this year 😊

4. Keep proposing crazy Burgers of the Month, sometimes extravagant, sometimes cult and always WOW! (Remember that Sushi Burger or your beloved Chocolate Burger?)

5. Brew more THBEER. Our partnership with Brasserie C has already produced two beers, THBeer and THBPils; we’re working on expanding the range because, like you, we love a good beer with our burger.

6. Keep looking after the planet. We’ll continue to favour local suppliers, reduce waste, switch to biodegradable packaging and encourage recycling throughout our restaurants.

7. Surprise you with THB events: beer tastings, meet‑ups, burger contests and plenty of new ideas we’re keeping secret for now.
