Burger of the month #1
Dear friends, dear Burger Fans, the moment you’ve been waiting for all year with such palpable frenzy has finally arrived. Just like that, as if by magic, on a cold winter Friday.
Yes. On Friday 1 February, while the last snowflakes struggled to fall to make way for the greyness of early February, our 68th “Burger of the month” made its appearance on the menu. 68th Burger because chronologically it arrives after more than 5½ years of Burgers of the month tradition. However, it is clear that the last shall be first: our 68th Burger is THE most loved Burger of all time !
We’ve kept you waiting long enough: the TARTIFLETTE BURGER IS BACK!
A little reminder, in case we lost you along the way. The Tartiflette Burger is :
- Our charismatic THBun
- A pure beef patty as tasty as can be
- A homemade Tartiflette sauce made with pieces of bacon, fresh Reblochon and sautéed onions
- 2 thick slices of Reblochon melting (with rind!)
- 2 slices of crispy bacon
Ironically, the most awaited Burger will also be the one that stays the shortest time on the menu! Lonely souls born on February 29 and 30 will no longer be the only ones: all Burger fans will also cry over those two lost days, two days they could have spent devouring a Burger dripping with Reblochon. Arrrrgh! Life is unfair.
In the meantime, dear friends, there’s a good chance we’ll run into each other in one of the restaurants in February: the THB team is likely to hang around even more than usual 😀
