Your role
- You know our concept and methods like the back of your hand and apply them to the letter.
- You greet our guests perfectly.
- You set, clear and clean tables.
- You ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, bar and toilets.
- You monitor stock and inform the head of room of shortages or other needs.
- You serve the customer by acting as a genuine adviser and listening to them.
- You guide the customer on drinks, starters, seasonal burgers and desserts.
- You manage reservations.
- You communicate effectively with the kitchen.
- You handle potential disagreements with customers diplomatically.
Your profile
- You have proven experience as a server in a restaurant.
- You are flexible and available to support your team during rush periods.
- You are autonomous and resourceful.
- You are motivated and have a communicative good mood.
- You have an excellent sense of customer service.
- You have team spirit.
- You are sociable.
