Cordon Bleu Raclette Burger

Hello Burger Fans,

It’s the first of the month, and the first of the month means… A new limited‑edition Burger, yessss of course!

We’ve prepared a decadent, comforting Burger for this month of February: the Raclette Burger.

Yes… “Again,” you’ll say… But NO, this time we’re innovating!

Indeed, we’ve cooked up a Cordon Bleu‑style Burger: the beef patty is stuffed with pieces of raclette cheese and ham. Mmmmhhhh it makes you hungry, doesn’t it?!

And that’s not all: in its Pain Bagnat, this Cordon Bleu‑style meat is accompanied by a homemade old‑style mustard cream, red onions and iceberg lettuce.

But but but, that’s not all! We’re innovating on the beer of the month as well. Oh yes, we’re such wild ones!

In February, we’re offering you exclusively the THB Pils, a new beer born from our collaboration with the Brasserie C. It’s a first, because they had never brewed a low‑fermentation beer like a pils before.

You think “Baaahh a pils, it’s banal and tasteless, I don’t see the point”? Not at all, friends, not at all! The result is an elegant and subtle blond beer, with a hint of citrus and pepper thanks to its generous hopping. In short, a genuine microbrew pils, authentic and unfiltered.
