Because yes, the Gourmet Burger, as its name suggests, is an exceptional Burger. Made with a brioche bun, seared tartare of Blonde de Galice, fresh figs, cooked foie gras and a homemade Port sauce, it will certainly make you feel like this:

The Blonde de Galice or Rubia Gallega is an exceptional beef breed originating from the region of Galicia in north‑western Spain. It was voted the best meat in the world by Beef® magazine and the magnificent film Steak (R)évolution.
The herds of Rubia Gallega are very extensive; farmers raise each animal as a pet. These stress‑free breeding methods guarantee meat of extreme tenderness.
The extensive farming and the gustatory quality of the Blonde de Galice make it one of the breeds best suited to meat production both ecologically and gastronomically.
