Recipe: the Lapraille Burger
Hello Burger Fans.
Lately we realised that we hadn’t yet shared the recipe for one of our iconic burgers created with chef Julien Lapraille. So here’s your chance to make the Lapraille Burger at home.
Julien helped us design a burger that combines tradition and creativity: a soft bun, juicy beef, crispy bacon, earthy mushrooms and a rich cream sauce. Ready? Let’s cook!
Lapraille Burger recipe (serves 2)
Ingredients
- 2 soft buns
- 2×150 g ground beef
- Salt & pepper
- Homemade mushroom cream sauce
- A handful of sautéed mushrooms
- 2×2 slices of bacon
- Some lamb’s lettuce
- Shaved parmesan
