So… seeing the Liège restaurant full every night and the phone constantly ringing for new reservations, the idea of opening another restaurant soon appeared.

True to form, Thomas and Roberto thought big: not just opening another establishment, but adapting the whole system to franchising. For a year and a half they analysed, synthesised, organised, optimised and reorganised all the processes of the pilot restaurant in Liège to turn it into a brand‑scale system. They also returned to Uncle Sam to be inspired by the best US trends and bring them back home.
A huge visual identity project was also carried out. The Huggy’s Bar called on a young graphic designer, Maude from Up to You design (We love you Maude!) to create the new menus, a dynamic and modern graphic universe and to lay the foundations for a franchisable brand.
…the adventure continues in the next chapter!
