Did you know that at the Huggy’s Bar we source almost exclusively regional products? Proud of our Belgian origins, we favour local and eco‑friendly choices in everything we do. And it pays off: our products are of superior quality, and you can taste it! Still not convinced? Then take a look…

Our delicate meat – to which we will dedicate a full article in the weeks ahead (because it’s worth it…) – comes from Marc, an artisan butcher whose reputation speaks for itself. The Schmitz butcher’s shop is located in Rue Saint‑Gilles, just a stone’s throw from our city‑centre restaurants.

Our huge cheese selection (14 kinds, to be exact…) comes from Real, a family business based in Herve. Our Big Cheesy Cheeseburger can rejoice: its goat cheese, mozzarella and cheddar are sourced from one of the best cheesemakers in the region!

Our two house beers, crafted in partnership with Brasserie C, are brewed right here in Liège. Whether you go for our amber THBeer or our light blond THBPils, each burger has its perfect match. Cheers!

Our breads are made at Chez Blanche, an artisan bakery that supplies us with fluffy brioche buns, bread rolls, pain bagnat and pretzel buns. Thanks to them, every burger is encased in its own work of art.

And that’s not all: our fresh vegetables come from a market gardener near Liège, our sauces are made by Brussels Ketjep and our ice creams come from a local dairy. Working with local suppliers means shorter supply chains, reduced transport and fresher, tastier ingredients. We’re proud of our partners and happy to introduce them to you – because behind every great burger there is a great producer!
