"Double Duck" Burger
Hello Burger Fans!
It’s high time we introduced our new burger of the month: the Double Duck Burger. Youpiiiiiieee!

Our November burger already gives you a taste of the holidays: pan‑fried duck tartare, smoked duck breast, caramelised peaches, homemade red wine sauce and lamb’s lettuce. We think it’s perfect to accompany these sunny days and the magical colours of the trees – how about you?

Did you know?
Although it’s a red meat, duck is indeed considered poultry. It’s a low‑calorie meat, contrary to popular belief (without the skin, of course!). Duck is usually served pink to stay perfectly juicy. The most commonly eaten parts of the duck are the legs (delicious confit), the aiguillettes (thin strips of fillet), the fillet and finally the magret, the fattiest cut.
Enjoy it with a draught Curtius – it will be even better!
For novices or non‑Liégeois, Curtius is a beer from Liège brewed by our friends at Brasserie C. This blond beer even won a gold medal at the Mondial de la Bière at the beginning of the year.

Are you hungry? Then come and taste it now – like all our temporary burgers, it will only be available until the end of the month.
Bon appétit!
